PLEASE HELP i cant run ffxi no more

ok so i bought a better pc yesterday a
BETTER or so i though better pc

these are specs

DELL optiplex GX270

upgraded to 1gb ram from standard 256

pwntium 4 2.4 ghz duel core
RAGE128 pro ultra gl agp vid card


everything starts fine and it lets me log into pol but then when i try to play ffxi it says

terminated as error occurred in FINAL FANTASY XI failed to recognize hardware tnl please check that this computer has rhe required specifications to run ffxi (-1)


can some please help.. it has all the required speecs.. it has BETTER specs then the one i used bofre
