Sell Any City Merchant House Item
Ok I tested this out last night. Seller buys an Elaborate Forge with his money and status from the city merchant and wants to sell it to Buyer. Buyer gives Seller Trustee Access to his apartment and the Seller places the tradeskill table inside the apartment. Buyer then takes away Trustee access and Seller can not go back in the apartment to pick up the item. The only way so far for a Seller to take back the table would be if the Buyer set his room access to visitor. Easily solved, sell your items on a different character. One more downside, you can't change apartments. Make sure you've found the apartment you want to stay in. Hope this helps some people without a level 25 guild get a nice tradeskill table.
