ok, i downloaded the 7in1 and the rogue tools, and i bought afk tools
and i am trying to put it all together so that i can start,
but. when i open the game, to start
and i click on launch Rogue Tools Start.exe
it brings up this message:
Line 0 (File "C:\Program Files\Burnersware\Rogue Tools\Rogue Tools Start.exe"):
Run(@ProgramFilesDir & "\Burnersware\Rogue Tools\RTLaunch.exe", @ProgramFilesDir & "\Burnersware\Rogue Tools")
Error: Unable to execute the external program.
The system cannot find the file specified.
the error message has come up everytime, ive tried opening Az's windower, ive tried opening 7in1 first, RT first, and nothing has changed.
Please help! what am i doing wrong?
please help me, im new.
You installed it into the wrong directory somehow. What OS are u running?
redownload and reinstall then confirm it is in the proper directory.
im such a novice, i think i may be doing something wrong altogether.
Ive tried installing 3 times
it is automatically installing to my C:\ ... where my games and content are on my D:\
Is there anyway i can move the files into the proper directory?
cut and paste?

yes copy and paste to your programfiles directory where your windows is installed
ive tried moving the files around, but nothing seems to be working.
when i go to open Rogue tools start.exe it simply disappears.
is there a step by step walkthrough on the forums to installing and running the program properly?

Over the last 2 days ive tried moving files, re downloading, re installing, deleting, turning off my antivirus and ad software off, restarting countless times,
i am currently running Microsoft XP
if my Game files are all on a seperate harddrive than windows, wouldn't it make sense to move it to the windower and game files?
like my last post, i said, i guess i am very new.
where is the ffxiscripting supposed to be, in order for it to work?

i am assuming i am having the same problem as this guy.
i suppose i should reinstall FFXI,
before i commit to 15ish hours of a reinstall, id like to see if there are any other options.

I find it very hard to believe that a non-default location of the playonline directory could be causing your problem. I have my FF on a seperate drive ("D:\FFXI\..."). And my Burnersware directory is "C:\Program Files\Burnersware\..." This sounds like a software issue of some sort in your machine. I am near certain that a re-install of FF will not fix this for you (although a format and fresh windows install might.)
