Can't get this off my pc

My PC keeps trying to go to some web site ayb.netbios-wait then a long string of numbers and letter without me telling it to. Everything I find on it seems to be in frence, or to advance for me to understand. I have tryed spybot search and destroy,spydector, spydoctor, ad-aware, and trend pc chilling 2007 to find the program that keeps trying to open the webpage, but non seem to locate it. The only thing that comes close is Trend, which only stops the access but can't tell me what is doing it becouse it thinks that I am the one trying to go there.
Anyone have any ideas?
