Below you will find a complete description of each macro and how to set it up.
"ALT 1"
FISH
No need to put a /wait in here any more. (if you start getting alot of "You must wait longer" messages then try /wait 1 or /wait2
/Fish
"ALT 2"
AMMO 1
/equip ammo "???????" (replace the ??? with the bait you are using i.e. /equip ammo "Insect Balls" )
/fish
"ALT3"
AMMO 2
/equip ammo "???????" (replace the ??? with the bait you are using this macro is for your backup ammo i.e. /equip ammo "Little Worm" )
"Alt 4"
Rod
/equip Range "???????" (replace the ??? with the rod you are using)
For the fish macro you may adjust your fishing wait time if you are getting alot of "You must wait longer to perform that action" error messages.
You can do this by simply adding a /wait 1 or /wait 2
