Merchant Coast in the Barrens (it is south of ratchet by the coast) there is a big pirate ship docked right at the coast, if you go inside it by jumping onto it and go to the front of the inside there are 5 locked buccaneers strongboxes, im pretty sure they never have anything inside of them but you get your lock picking skills up for picking the lock and right after u open the chest it despawns and immediatly another one spawns in its place, this could be pretty helpful.

1-70 = 1 pick

70-95= varies from 1-3 picks (could be more sometimes)

so you can go from 1-95 in about 15 mins or less



Alliance



If you're Alliance, 1-95 can be done just north of the redridge mountain, there's a little farm there, and 4 instant-respawn lockbox for you to pick.
