Force Ranged Health Bug, with Tactics

Die or suicide. Then minimize MXO for the 10 minute timer. When you maximize it again, you'll be in the loading area, and your character will have the ranged health bug. All ranged attacks will do no damage - they will still give you negative effects, like stun; but the only way you can die is to be interlocked.

Load this up with Permasneak, float 23 m above a hardline, and have someone spam system chat with the /throat emote. You'll be able to attack the people there, while maintaining invisibility, be unaffected by attacks, and noone will be able to interlock you because of your height and invisibility. The "You're dead meat" in system chat will prevent people from seeing who's attacking them as well.
