In the crystal desert, first do the Forgotten Ones quest.

Then you unlock the Forgotten Wisdom quest (for the 15 attrib points).

The last 15 are from Droknar's Forge. You need to do Heroes Journey first.

And that unlocks Heroe's Challenge for the 15 points:
