After creating your new character on the Island of Refuge immediately head to Malvonicus Tower and speak with Assistant Dreak. Assistant Dreak will give you the Quest "Cellar Cleanup".



Accept this quest and in Malvonicus tower enter Mizan cellar via the trapdoor as requested.



Once inside Mizan cellar you will be asked to perform a number of tasks such as move the table, move the chair, move the bed etc... at this point just ignore doing any of these. What we are interested in is the cluster of "crushed rock" and "timber" that is also in the cellar. And here is the tip. ... As you know this is an "Instanced Zone" meaning you and you alone can come in and out of this zone. This means that all resources etc in the zone can be controlled by you. Now for the fun part.



To level your Foresting and Mining skills all you need to do is harvest the crushed rock and timber then zone out and immediately zone back in and do this over and over again. Each time you zone back in the crushed rock and the timber will be there ready for you to harvest.



The beauty is that each time you harvest the crushed rock and timber your skills for foresting and mining go up... within miunutes you will max out your skills.



After you have done this you will be left with an abundant supply of elm and tin along with maxed skills and then just complete the clean up cellar taks and report back to assistant Dreak...
