1-15 = Outside Aegir's Landing (Across bridge)
15-20 = Morvalts.
20-33/35 = Either In Vendo Caverns, DF or get on a horse to Hagall and jump when you get up the hill... Loads of "Stone Golems"
35-40 = Darkness Falls/Spind.
40-50 Darkness Falls/Spind/Moderngrav/Malmo/DG
