(the acct i had already had a necro at lvl 15 so i will start the guide from lvl 15):

15-30: darkness falls
31-36: Dunters in Lyonesse
36-40: Rocots and templers in DF
40-45: Barrows
46-48/9: Grogens in Emain Macha
49+: Grannys
