Just finish quest Feerrott Fern Leaves Collection and go to npc in north qeynos for reward ( not sure about freeport), you will get 30 slot bag that states its only for collectable items, however any items can be stored in there!



Things u need to collect for quest, can be gathered from ? on thre ground in feerrott or also can be bought from broker:



* Feerrott Fern Purple Leaf

* Feerrott Fern Blue Leaf

* Feerrott Fern Dark Brown Leaf

* Feerrott Fern Green Leaf

* Feerrott Fern Yellow Leaf

* Feerrott Fern Red Leaf

* Feerrott Fern Light Brown Leaf
