I'm still using the original summoning bot (not the 7in1 tool) and its no longer working... I'm assuming the update did this. Will this be fixed or am I going to have to start using the 7 in 1 utility ?
Basically now when i get into game nothing happens. regardless of whether I have a CD in my cd-rom or not.

Yeah, I'm using the 7 in 1 Bot, But I have the same proble, the update screwed it up, I hope it can and WILL be fixed soon.

Using the 7 in 1 bot. Summoning one is the first I've tried to use since the windower update but mine's not working also. 
all the new 7in1 are working.
You need to download the application again and reinstall it.
The summoning bothas already been confirmed working.
If for some reason after updating to the new version it still doesnt work then post a new thread with your issue.
