It could but then you would be more likely to get tells and stuff, and the bot would be more likely to mess up.
It could be a good idea, but if your just botting for awhile then what harm is it to just /heal for a period of time and then restart..
that way people think your afk if they see you /healing.. even though I've been known to leave for two days and be standing in the middle of a Res Area nekked.

I've noticed that using this bot on a RDM is way easier. Throw in Refresh to one of your macros and just cast low level spells that will still level up your magic. Not everyone is a RDM though, so... the Mog House idea would help you guys a lot. Burners has a good point though.
