I am getting the same error described in this thread.
Autolt Error

I did, however, find a work-around. I decided to try using the "Enhancing Bot" from the 7in1. Instead of macros for Cure, Protect, etc... just use macros in the Alt line for songs as described in the set-up information for the Bard Bot. I am running the bot at the Slow speed, hoping that will over the long song spell-cast times and it seems to work fine.
Occasionally one song will run long and I get a "glitch" where the next command fails. This is no problem, because the bot will go to the next song in a few seconds.
Not a "fix" for Bard Bot, but until they make one - this will allow you to level your Singing, Wind, and String skills. :D
