Multitasking?

I left my Summoning Bot running and it works great. However, when I click over to the other monitor (I have dual monitor), the bot stops working. Is there a way to remedy this or do I pretty much have to leave my bot on at night when I sleep? I want to use the computer too! I use to be able to multitask with my old .txt scripts, However, the scripts stopped working all of a sudden, so I bought 7in1 and AFKTOOLS, I think SE did something. Bleh. Anyway, I can't multitask without the bot messing up! Help me out!

sadly, since the bot requires FFXI window to be selected, you cannot multi task. However, if you want to surf the net while you are recovering mp, you can, just make sure you switch back to FFXI before the bot begins its next cycle
