This Bot stopped working

Computer scans itself automatically every sunday midnight for viruses, spyware and adware. I checked the logs, definitions are updated, it ran this weekend, no problems were found.

The macros were setup correctly, the program was running for a few hours, before i started having these issues. (Something weird did happen last night while it was running) my macro sheet changed for no discernable reason. I reset them up and it worked fine.

If I start the powerupbot normally and log into FFXI normally, the GUI never pops up (but the icon goes to the taskbar) and something starts "right clicking".

If I Ctrl-Alt-Del and kill the pol.exe process the GUI pops up immediately. If i pause the script and log fully into the game, Alt-Tab and unpause the script it takes between 5 and 10 minutes for the GUI to pop up.

Screen resolution for both my desktop and game are 1024x768
