Power level your low chars

all ya need is you....an nt and a bureaucrat with the xp perks....and SL helps.
about level 70ish goto elysium.....get the nt to kite lota of hecklers (between port7 and the clan outer isles statue) for u and your buddies....with the crat on standby you can easily level from 70ish to 160 in like a day...I did ad it was fun!
not really a sploit....just a guide on how to power level to 160ish +
