It's probally been talked about or said already. Its just a bug with Endurance. Basicly all you do it if you have used or are out of endo just do /sit and click your sprint hotkey. It regens your Endurance about twice as fast as normal. So its nice to letting you get endo back for rvr tower/keep takes or killing mobs faster. Its been in the game a while and they havnt fixed it so i doubt they will.
